Actually got a track to play in the game. However, you need a Sherpa and some oxygen tanks to race it to the insane banking. I will try to edit Monday again. I have a massive valley in the track as well. I will never besmirch anyone's track ever again. I think this would be infinitely easier if I had same version of Excel that you use in video.

Lol LP, not bad for your first time, I'm sure you've gotten farther than most that have watched the video and at least you got your track back in the game as well!

This is what I did. In Rhino , save as a raw file. Open Open Office, then open your raw file as a text document. Delete the heading and extra space and save as a txt document. Go to wherever you saved it as a txt doc and click open with and choose Open Office.orgCalc. When prompted, make sure you choose where it says, Separated By, you pick comma, and space. And it should open correctly for you.

Kind of a round about way, but it worked on my computer.

Hmm I'm downloading open office now. I'm sure there's a text option somewhere. Maybe we have to export it to text instead of saving it as text, but I'll let you know in a second. If not, try LP's tip.

Hey NYPride, try this first.

Just save it as a .csv and then rename the .csv to .raw after going through all the steps. Then try importing it into Rhino. If that doesn't work let me know.

I thought you had already had it open correctly in Rhino. I had to use Shock's version of track exprt he posted on page 4 of this forum. I tried forever to get it to open in 3d in Rhino, I don't think its possible without the use of witchcraft. Maybe we can chip in to buy Excel and swap it back and forth like a time share.
