Huge congratulations to VLR's Howard Weaver on taking home the win in the first ever World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series race in iRacing!

Weaver bested 35 of the top sim racers in the world for the win and pocketed the weekly prize of $300 for the win. Weaver set fast time alongside teammate Garrett Niebruegge and went on to win his heat race and led every lap of the 50 lap feature to take the victory.

Weaver held off a late charge from James Edens for the victory in a clean battle. VLR regular Dylan Houser brought home third, while another VLR regular Tyler Ducharme snagged fourth. VLR driver Austen Semmelmann rebounded from a disappointing outing in the WoO Sprint Car series last week for a strong top five.

Other VLR drivers had quality runs as Nick Cooper brought home seventh, with Vinny Fingers logging a 12th place result. Alex Bergeron came home in 15th, while Marc Molnar finished 17th. Garrett Niebruegge started from the outside pole but got caught up in multiple incidents not of his doing and limped home in 19th.

VLR Drivers David Heileman, Josh Phillips, and T.J. Carter just missed the feature and will be sure to regroup and try again in two weeks at Limaland.

Once again congratulations to Howard Weaver on the win and all of the drivers that race regularly with us at VLR on strong finishes tonight! Thank you to everyone who tuned in to support the racers as well.
