TOPIC:

New SDLM Winter/Spring series is starting. The track will be Boyd Speedway, Time 9:00est group qualifying 3 lap hot 4 lap qualifying Heats will be 10 laps Bmain 12 2 restarts for heats and B's Amain 50 laps 3 restarts. First lap ONLY for all restarts. In the event of a froze car the race will be restarted from that point and the froze car goes to the rear if the same car freezes or gets dissconnected again he will be parked for that race. IF it happens in a heat or Bmain race it will be a restart from that lap only if it happens before half way. If the race is past half way it will be called and the froze car will finish last. In the Amain if a car freezes the race with restart from that point that car will start tail second freeze he will be parked if it happens with under 10 to go it will be a full show. All races will be held in the VLR servers and Ventrilo. We will do live group qualifying. I will post a full schedule by this Sunday

BREAKING NEWS: This series will now be using the Pro SDLM chassis for the drivers in the series who have won a VLR race in the past five seasons. Drivers who have not won a race in the last five seasons can still use the regular SDLM. This chassis is slightly slower than the regular SDLM and is a MUST download to race the rest of the season at VLR_RB's Wednesday night league. Even if you don't have to run the Pro SDLM chassis, you still need to download it so it will show up in the game for the other drivers who have to use it. Simply download this file and it will automatically install the car and skins to the right folder for you!

We are hoping this will make for extremely competitive races while giving all of the drivers a chance to win week in and week out. If your name is on the following list you MUST use the Pro SDLM chassis. Also, if you win a race in the regular SDLM chassis then you will be added to the list and have to use the Pro SDLM chassis for the rest of the season. Hope this makes for some good racing! Well, if you thought last nights race at I-80 was a wild one, so was Wednesday nights race at Magnolia for the RB Tour Series! VLR_Atwood made an incredible slidejob out of turn four to win in his SDLM over J-mac! VLR_Shock and VLR_JW followed very close behind in their Pro SDLMs. Nice to see two drivers in victory lane this week that we don't always see, what a week of racing we've had in dtr2!

TONIGHT WE ARE BACK AT 9:00PM EASTERN IN THE PRO SDLM VS SDLMS AT LANCASTER SPEEDWAY!!!!!!!!

After week two we have a tie atop the standings! And the top 4 drivers are separated by 4 points! Lancaster starts at 9et in VLR Vent!

VLR_Shock and VLR_JW proved that the Pro SDLM cars could still hang with the high powered SDLM tracks at a big half mile oval as they ran away with it and battled side by side every single lap for the lead until JW cut a tire with 15 to go. The Mississippi Missile still charged his way to the front after the caution but could only make it back to second as VLR_Shock picked up his first win of the series to make it three different winners in three races. Can the SDLM cars get back on top next week at Tri-City?! Points updated below!
