This is my first attempt at painting a skin. I am very new to paint shop pro 7. Can someone tell me how I take a decal off a sheet and put it on my car skin. I cant figure it out.

Is the sheet transparent or one solid piece?

Select it using the freehand tool, right click copy, paste as new selection, click anywhere on your skin to paste it in place.
