To get the game to work online, simply download RivaTuner Statistics Server and click the + sign to add dtr2.exe and then set the frame rate to be 120FPS!

Does anyone know what causes my ping to spike from 20 up to 15,000? I didn't change anything at all it just randomly started on the 25th. It only happens in Ventrilo and DTR2. I play Advanced Warfare and The Crew and i don't get ping issues at all there. If this has anything to do with it, I live about an hour south of Chicago and normally have 12-15 ping in DTR and 20-40 ping in Ventrilo

The problem is on the server you are connecting to, maybe packet loss.

Test this by going to the start menu>cmd>and type "ping <ip for said dtr2 server>" Should look something like this.

C:\Users\YourUsernamet>ping www.teamvlr.com
