I didn't see a thread for this, so I figured that I would make one to see what all is lined up for this so far.

Eligibility rules for XCR All-Star Race:

1st criteria: Drivers who are past XCR champions (must have run at least once during current season)
2nd criteria: Most recent winners of the current season.
3rd criteria: Winner of the Open.
4th criteria: Second place in Open.

The All-Star race format is as follows:
* Segment 1: 30 laps. Inversion (Random number)
* Segment 2: 30 laps. The finishing order after the second segment determines the final starting positions for the third and final segment.
* Segment 3: 10-lap shootout.

Sprint 2 (12Laps) Top 2 transfer to open
Odd numbered qualifiers from 8th on back

Qualifying
All-Star drivers: 5 laps qualifying - Single best lap with TRT tie breaker
Locked in drivers can qualify anytime between now and the end of qualifying at 8:55pm est on 9-16. See XCR Bullet or XCR Orso for special qual server number. Do not use the regular qualifying servers.

Open/Sprint drivers: 3 laps qualifying - Single best lap with TRT tie breaker
Qualifying will be 8:00pm est - 8:55pm est on 9-16 in 32290 32291 32292

I will put out a skin pack for this race so send me your skins via PM on here, downloads section, or on yahoo if you see me on. Get them to be by Sunday afternoon so that I can put out the skin pack late Sunday night.

I am going to try and produce a nice video of the all star race so be sure youre not the only yoyo with out a skin!

Here is the skin pack. I didnt get many sent to me so I tried to collect the ones that I could. It should have the locked in drivers and hopefully most of the open contenders.
