Thanks! I got the paper wrestling idea after I saw these kids on Youtube making paper belts and stuff for their WWE action figures!

Falco and Fox don't wear boots....... With them both being space pilots who face multiple Gs of force every time they fly, they had their legs amputated....keeps more blood in their upper bodies so less can fow away from the brain.

That was really because the old Starfox puppets from the old SNES ads had boots that were made like that as a mistake. Look up "starfox G-Diffuser." The G diffuser prevents Gs. The F-Zero cars have them, and most of the drivers clearly have full legs. There was never an official source that tells us that the Starfox team had their legs amputated. Just look at a lot of the fan art out there! Also, all the places that said this about their legs were forums, and Shigeru Miyamoto nor any of the other members of Nintendo confirmed this.

Get your facts straight, bub, and their legs are up for interpretation.

These are all the facts I need.

Did you hear him say "theory"? Plus, the old SNES Starfox game was non-canon after Starfox 64, and since 64, they've been wearing boots, thus leaving their legs ultimately up for interpretation. If you believe they're amputated, they are. If you believe they have real legs, they do. You should go to a lot of furry sites and deviantART and they'd proudly disagree with you. As of now, the only Starfox main character to officially show their legs is Krystal.

And it's been many years since the first Starfox game. If their legs are amputated, by now they've probably came up with superadvanced lower legs that are ultra-realistic in look, feel, and function, as the Starfox world is much more futuristic and high-tech than our world.

Just sayin'.

I'm just gonna go with how the original designs look where they all have robotic legs and not how the Rare remakes look.

Sorry for bringing furries up, J-Mac, I just meant that it's up to the fan to determine how the Starfox characters' lower legs are. Just like you believe they are amputated and robotic, and I believe they're either real, or amputated and 99% real.

Damn! You posted right before I did!

And in Super Smash Bros Brawl, when you look at the texture file for Falco's boot, it specifically says "FalcoBoot001" or something like that, meaning that their legs are not amputated, at least after Starfox SNES, and that they are clearly just wearing high-tech boots.
