VLR RULES states: Each driver is allowed two subs per season. If you will be using a sub for a race please let us know beforehand so we can know who is to get the points. Also, whoever your sub driver is must be LOWER than you in the point standings unless it is the first race of the season.
1st violation Shock allowed VLR_JW to receive points for 1st race of the season.
2nd violation Shock allowed VLR_JW to receive points when he was higher in points that VLR_JW
Right call wants 79 points deducted from VLR_JW points and give him back the 2 subs that was used improper to the written rules posted by VLR rules.

What is Right Call
Right Call© Arbitration is a group of qualified racers committed to fair play from all qualifying teams. When called upon, RIGHT CALL© participating players, will make a final decision to the out-come of a racing event after all methods of settlement have been resolved. A qualifying Racing Event is any League Race put on by any Racing League or team that is a qualifying Team or League of RIGHT CALL©
Where do I post the results of a Right Call
All participating RIGHT CALL© Teams or Leagues must designate a web page for the posted results of their RIGHT CALL© decisions that was made during a qualifying League Race. or Post results in the any designated DTR2 forum and post the Right Call© results.
How does Right Call work
To which a Racing Incident can not be resolved to a reasonable settlement between players, or a promoter of a race has made a decision and was rejected by one or more players or a promoter fails to give a decision on a incident for any reason. A player involved in the incident shall only need to say I want a RIGHT CALL© at that time no settlement negotiations between players and promoter may continue in the browser or in ventrilo. If one continues to disrupt or argue discarding the order for calm and quiet, the hosting League Promoter may/shall impose penalties on such a player not limited to banning from servers and/or future league races and may include future races promoted by such team or league. If a driver is suspected to be running illegal during a race, A promoter may ask for a RIGHT CALL© to prove if he was or was not illegal, If the driver is proven to be illegal by RIGHT CALL© he shall be barred for two weeks from racing any Teams or Leagues or events supported by RIGHT CALL© along with all his points for the protested race shall be stricken from the records. Any protesting or protested racers will not post in any teams guest books or forums about the incident nor the out-come. There will be no bashing of players or teams by either party. Such bashing won't be tolerated by any RIGHT CALL© supporting Teams or Leagues, any of these type actions may bring a complaint before the RIGHT CALL© groups for arbitration of penalties against a single player.
How many people is needed for a Right Call
Once a request for RIGHT CALL© by a player is ordered, the league hosting promoter of the race shall ask for a RIGHT CALL© Arbitration. If 3 or more arbitrators from different team are present he may order them to a private area to review and make a RIGHT CALL© final decision right then right there. If there are not 3 arbitrators available he shall send a email or IM (Yahoo) to the members of several teams for a review. The person involved in the incident can not attend or be present during the arbitration he can not sway or have an opinion on the process nor make contact with another member of the committee during the arbitration, he must remain silent.
What does the arbitrators look at
The arbitrators duty is to review everything that has been submitted IE- skins, cars, track, replays, setups, any typed information, etc. all arbitrators persons then must discuss with-out predigest, what they think happened (arbitration) they must review the hosting teams rules of play, ? does the decision by the promoter fall under the guidelines of these rules, ? is the infraction covered under the rules, ? Is this a incident that is new (Never happened before) ? Is the penalty given to harsh, not covered in the rules of play. ? Is the penalty lop sided in favor of the hosting team. After careful an methodical consideration, they take a verbal vote the majority vote wins the decision, if the vote is a tie, they go back and arbitrate until the tie is broken and that becomes the final decision.
How long does it take for a final answer
A requested RIGHT CALL© will be reviewed totally including all replays and information necessary to make a quick and accurate RIGHT CALL© decision. Every RIGHT CALL© decision shall be returned in 24 hours from the time it was submitted. and the Hosting Member shall make a entry on their RIGHT CALL© web page or forum, posting: Who was the hosting team, the Date, and the Race Name, as well as the track, to what happened during the race, what evidence was presented and reviewed, and what was the RIGHT CALL© decision, and which teams were present that made the RIGHT CALL© unanimous final decision.
Who can be a arbitrator for Right Call
Any member of a qualified Team or League or owner of a team in good standing within the DTR community.
Can my teams Sub-League use Right Call
YES, A Sub-Leagues under a qualifying team has the Right of Use.
A Sub-League has the right to Opt Out if it was posted in their rules at the beginning of the series.
What if a Team member is involved in the protest
All RIGHT CALL© arbitration must have a minimum of three RIGHT CALL© members and at no time can a protesting or protested member be present. a protesting or protested member may have representation by his team. In the event the protested team player does not have a representative present he will be represented by an available RIGHT CALL© team.
How will I be treated after making a Right Call
ALL RIGHT CALL© teams shall be treated with respect by all members no matter what the arbitration decisions and out-comes are, remember the shoe may be on the other foot someday.
Can a promoter change the Right Call ruling if he wants
ALL RIGHT CALL© decisions will be final with out the right of appeal or arbitration by another entity.
