I can't get it to load any farther than the screen that offers you to choose Novice, amateur, professional. All i get is an error stating that "DTR2.exe has stopped working."

Windows 7 - ultimate 64 bit.
AMD Phenom II x6
ASUS M3A79T-Deluxe mobo (790FX)
4gb ram
GTX 275 and have also tried a radeon 3870.

Both fail every load. I've googled around, seen same complaints, and no resolutions. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Edit - upon posting, I realized that this went to the "Say hello!" thread. please move if need be.

I tried installing from the disc. I spent an additional hour and a half before I gave up on windows 7. I found an old XP install that I never used, installed that onto a different hard drive, and have absolutely no problems at this point (on xp). I just don't get why others have no problems with windows 7, but anything that I try on 7, crashes.

I've got the best of both worlds now. Been playing it quite a bit, offline of course. Any mods worthy of installing? Any graphic updates/mods by chance?

@Diceman99 No mods (addons) at this time, strictly stock.
