Might want to play around with different templates and noses. If I remember reading right, the download said this is your USMTS? I don't think those particular cars have any need for headlights. If you use a different template you won't have that green line around everything.

Little advice, when you copy and paste sponsor decals and things like numbers, size them to how big you want and before you deselect them, paste into the selection (I believe you're using PSP7) and it will make the decals look better.

I downloaded the psp7 how do you use it I got the templates I just cant figure how to get the numbers and decals on it

you asked for it so here we go.
1.Those graphics have been used 100s of times on every racing game imaginable.Try coming up with something unique.
2.As Jmac said,Change those f'n headlights.
3.Cant read the stuff on the lower door.
4.As stated before,get some new fonts.The default windows 98 fonts arent considered "old school",they're just "old".
5.Take your time and quit trying to pump out every skin you do in 15 minutes.
