ill take a stab at this
generally speaking :
rear wheels usually smallest possible , front wheels? i usually have a larger left front (to me it feels like the it keeps the front end from sliding out , or pushing to the right as i go thru the turn)
for a controller - steering lock anywhere between 9 and 13 , 9 being for longer tracks with sweeping turns , and 13 being for shorter tracks with tighter turns

i mess with weight a lot , i think mst people usually have it more on the right rear than anywhere else
i also mess with rebound rate a lot , depending on which front tire i want to look off of as i go thru the turn

edit to add : disclaimer - i am in no way the fastest car , these are things i do to make the car feel how i want it to feel

I always start with an 80-65-460 gear on anything that is 3/8-5/8 mile and adjust from there. The smaller tracks Ill usually run a 80-70-465 and adjust from there....Also about the only thing i do to loosen or tighten the car up is move weight either on the right rear (to loosen) or right front (to tighten).

Im sure others do different stuff but that seems to work pretty good for me
So we finish 18 and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, 'Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know.' And he says, 'Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness.' So I got that goin' for me, which is nice
