BLS Jsn! wrote: So what your saying is, it's way easier to drive with a cont than a wheel??? Well I like challenges, and I have NEVER drove a race car that was easy to drive!!! Like I said, do you see race car drivers using a flight controller from the camera boom on the back of their race cars. IMO if you beat me with a controller your not really beating me, your beating yourself. I tend to race pretty good with my wheel (when it wasn't broke and losing cali all the time) and don't say you don't lose cali with a controller cause Shock and others who use controllers leave after every hot lap session to fix the cali! You can't race a wheel on here???? And YES it's very realistic! It may be far from real for you, cause your outside sitting on the bumper using a flight controller, that would seem far from real to me too, but I run in-car, with a wheel using ony 1st gear (unless it's a big track) and have most of the effects on, so yes it's pretty real for me. as real as I can get without spending losta money!!! After driving mini sprints for the better part of 20 years and been driving Hobby and Street Stocks off and on for the last 10 years, I would say yes this is a pretty good experience for someone that can't afford a real car, and running in car with a wheel is bout as real as you can make it!!!
JSN, have you ever also seen a dirt late model with 4 wheel drive shifting up and down in and out of turns...any way you put it still doesn't make sense. I run a controller on dtr2 and rfactor...can never do good with a wheel definately not on this game. Thought about buying a new momo wheel for rfactor sooner or later but i will ALWAYS run a controller over here, in my humble opinion, on a controller you can get outta sticky situations ALOT easier on this game (what i've proved for myself anyways) I use an Xbox 360 controller, so yeah 17 get yourself a good wired controller, mines just a cheap gamestop controller but its the best one I've used so far. I'm not tryin to belittle your opinion in any way JSN, your just kinda contradicting yourself on the whole "realistic experience" thing big dog
