To get the game to work online, simply download RivaTuner Statistics Server and click the + sign to add dtr2.exe and then set the frame rate to be 120FPS!

It's sad to say that indy car driver Dan Wheldon lost his life today in the indy car race at Las Vegas in a 15 car crash.

At VLR tonight we ask that everyone come in the game with the #77 next to their race name in salute to a great driver!

After something like this happens u really look back on things we say and do in a game and think what are we thinking? As we should enjoy what we do and have fun doing it! RIP Dan Wheldon

Saw the wreck happened and I was absolutely in shock on what happened to Dan. I was a huge fan of Dan and IZOD racing and this crash will remind people how dangerous real racing can be. RIP Dan Wheldon.
Race hard, or get outta my way.

Very dark day in the motorsports world. Dan was a beast and will always be remembered as one of the best wheel man's in racing. RIP Dan

I know the feeling Dylan, I was at Auto Club Speedway live when i saw Greg Moore's wreck. After that a dark cloud shrouded the day. Very tragic.

Dan was at a scout jamboree i went to about a year ago and i got to talk to him for a few minutes and he was a very cool guy and a great racer. we will all miss him R.I.P. Dan Wheldon. :S

ive watched it several times now ....send my prayers to the family ,..must suck seeing ur kid in accident like that & not being able to do a dam thing but to answer the phone & told that he died ....he was only 33 & leaves his wife & 2 children behind ...RIP DAN
