What about having a Best Appearing Car award for best looking skin?

Have a Late Model one (Gen 3, Gen 4, Gen 5, etc all included), Modifieds (IMCA, USMTS, etc) and so forth?

Award would obviously go to the person who made the skin

Lol I haven't saw it, I just know I made Dirt an rFactor late model for the new Dirt Late Model 1.4 mod and he didn't like it cause I didn't make it a Kevin Harvick car, but in all reality it looked better than a Kevin Harvick design. You make nice skins and I was in no way tryin to bash your skins cause I didn't even know you made him a Kevin Harvick car lol

The only skins that ever get bashed around here are mine and Woods. 99% of the bashing comes from each other though.


I'd be up for it. With the right voting crowd, I think my skins could go toe to toe, or fender to fender with anybodies. There really aren't any skin makers that aren't good at this. We all got our really strong points.

that harvick car opie made me looks titties ... you dont need all that clutter on a skin, sometimes basic is better:)

I think everyone skin maker in this game makes excellent skins, you included J. The only one I really ever said something about was Sq when he would just randomly drunk text me over yahoo and just start rantin about how much greater his skins are than mine and he would start spammin my messenger with photos trying to prove his point, and the cars he sent me (which are still on my computer in my pictures) had sponsors overlapping the numbers on the doors and sponsors on top of other sponsors lol (must have been a drunk made skin) but don't get me wrong when Sq is not drunk he can make some pretty good skins, that are different than most...guess you can call him DRUNIQUE (drunk/unique)

I completely agree. Although I've never been Squirrels Late night Drunk IM.....I've seen his skins, I have almost everything hes put on here. They are different. Every skin I've seen of his is something that I can't do. No 2 people doing this do the exact same thing. We all have our strong points and we all have our weak points. I'll be the first to point my weak poins out. I cannot recreate a skin. I can't look at a picture of a real car and make it for this game. I can make something like it but I can't make it itself.

But if this were a contes type thing for the best skin maker, and we put our best stuff out there for all to choose, it could be a really hard choice. Plus theres the number of skin painters that would get involved. Theres me, you, Shock, F1, Gates, Squirrel, BLS_00, Couple of the other ERL guys, BMS has started making skins too, McFly makes some cool things. The list is rather large and I know I left some people out.

Lol I don't think its a contest I was just posting a few of mine, and WR's and Drifters team cars, they're both my family. But heck post some of yours J maybe this will turn into a contest lol
