When it comes to the left front topic i have to say that is all preference.......Has to be involved in dirt track racing. Truth is is does increase traction for short periods, then tire wear becomes a factor. how long will that tire last with that much traction... in heats its good idea. come feature black slick not so good....its all preference.

In the beginning i thought this could bring the dtr2 community together so we could help take this game into another decade but with the recent forum activity im not sure if its even worth it.I guess we will just use the same old stuff we've used for years and when its time for the game to die,we just let it die.Thanks for the people that supported this idea and maybe something good can come out of this later down the road.

C'mon guys. When this idea was first proposed we had almost $1500 worth of pledges. It's a worth while project that could really change the game dramatically for the better. And I'm going to have to AGAIN disagree with Karl when he said "future DTR2 software will only benefit editors" , Really ONLY editors? No doubt it would greatly benefit editors but aren't we ALL racing the cars and tracks made by these editors? Doesn't really sound like ONLY to me,unless of coarse he is implying that we are cheating. I'll make everyone a deal. If we can get this meter up tp $1300 by October 31rst i will pay the final $200 and I already put in $50.

From my investigation into software for the game if the source code can be unscrambeled or new codes intoduced a program could be use to edit the nodes with wysiwyg software and if that can be done then I say its for the editors and that will increase the amount of people that would intrested in becoming a editor.

Of course it benifits all the play the game, but what I meant in my commit is that idea was to make it ezier and better to develop new ideas and add new things to the game him as an edtior was for his benifit

Let me be clear about this, I think is a good Idea, and I commend Flyer for wanting to take his time to do something that gives this game a second chance on the other hand I feel the same way about Right Call as does many others, its Called SUPPORT Equally.

I agree support each other equally..Don't work that way though. Some think we should support them because they win or do something for the game, Then in return nothing.....Just the same ol shit...I know people make chassis an tracks, but I just like to race. There is enough tracks/cars made to last me as long as I wanna play....I haven't donated because well it wouldn't let me earlier and because I don't wanna donate then just get re-funded..Like someone else said, When it gets up to around 1k, I will make a benjamin or 2 for it..If someone donates 200 by tomorrow I will match them and make it 650$

Were 17% there at $250 and donations have stalled out. All the people said they'd donate and only very few have. Most have been good amounts though but even small donations will help turn the project into reality. But right now it's just sitting there with no one donating.

Guys I promise no one is wanting you to donate if you dont have it. If you can GREAT and if you cant that is fine too...Im like most of the rest of us and dont have alot of money but I was able to donate alittle bit towards the cause but I will not put myself in a bad position for it.
