Hey Orso I think I deserve last...Kev said my car was froze at one point and I think you should move everyone up a spot

After looking at the replays, you were indeed froze or severely lagging at one point.

However, no one called an emergency restart (froze car, sever lag, extra sketchiness, ect) during the race as allowed for under MLD rules.

Under MLD rules competitors have 3 minutes from the conclusion of the race to log a formal protest with the race director or the results become official pending final review by the race director.

The only protest that was logged within the allotted time was by Do!t97 for an inadvertently black flag. That protest was successful and DoIt97 was not assessed the black flag as he did not advance his position or time by going below the tires. Therefore Do!t97 was credited with the 2nd place finish.

During the standard race review by the race director it was determined that Do!t97 was likely frozen to the other competitors but no one called an emergency restart(froze car). On DoIt97's replay he was not froze and maintained his 2nd place position on the track without damaging or making contact with other competitors.

The results will stand as scored.

With Fathers Day this Sunday, the MLD season finale will be this Saturday 6-15-13 at 2:30pm EST. Hopefully this will be early enough to still go to the real races Saturday Night.

With the points championship all but over, VLR_McGee only needs to start the A main to seal the deal. Hope to see everyone there.

Even though I only got to show up once and was part of the smallest field ever, I had a good time. I wish I was able to show up at more MLD races and maybe give the guys at the top of the points a run for their money.
