Rules highlights:
50 lap A mains(except special events denoted on schedule)
Variable track wetness
Your 8 best finishes count towards season points standing (drop worst 2)
20 bonus points for heat winner, dash lineup is invert of heat finish

Only 11 more days until the MLD season opener at Adams County Speedway. Be sure and take the time to read the rules before the 1st event. Most rules are pretty standard but there might be several that you're not use to.

Track Wetness
All Major League Dirtcar sanctioned events will use variable track wetness. The track wetness will be change from race to race and be decided by the MLD race director. Mid week before the race a 3 day weather forecast will be posted to give clues as to what the wetness may be on race day. As with all weather forecasts, this could be wrong! The track will start off at certain wetness and get progressively dryer as laps are laid down. The race director has the option of watering the track between races. A track watering is equal to a 25 increase in wetness

With it being the 1st race we will have a brief drivers meeting at 4:25 to cover a few items and get started on time.

Who will get to hang out with the MLD girls in victory lane?

With rain in Corning, IA on Saturday, the weather was perfect on Sunday which lead to great track conditions as XCR_Gage49 won the inaugural MLD race at Adams County Speedway in dominating fashion. Gage won the heat race, fast dash, and led the A main from start to finish for the hat trick. VLR_shock started at the rear and worked his way up to second but was never really able to challenge Gage for the lead.
