Ok so scratch that last one. Lets start over. After thinking about it that's not how I wanna run it and didn't wanna boot them off I was just looking for a fresh start but here we go the Final of what HLR will be. if ya like it awesome appreciate it! If not keep your comments to yourself please.
HLR will become a team for the whole community for drivers of all levels.
This team will be focused on giving learning drivers a team and a group to help them out.
Also this team is open to Elite drivers and halfway there drivers and all in between.
To become a member you must act mature and be active! by active I mean be on vent and race a league race or two a week. (There are exceptions though if your not gonna be able to be around for a while let me know so I know you still want to be apart and just haven't disappeared)
I'm thinking about making it into two sections but this isn't final or in process yet.
HLR and HLR Elite
HLR Elite being the members that have moved up and learned how to properly race in the game and deserved to be looked at by top DTR2 teams.
HLR being the rest of everyone else
(I might test this out but I can see it causing problems and arguments so I am not sure yet.)
So for HLR its just gonna be "almost" an open team for helping drivers get experience and have a team to be apart of.
Members will get two warnings on acting mature go over two and see ya!
Members will be encouraged to race clean if it seems to be a problem it will lead to a talk and maybe termination.
SO as you can see i'm trying to make this a better fun community for everyone.

HLR accepts all levels of driving. If the HLR_Elite thing sticks and you wanna join that part because I know some of you right away could be elite members. But thats it for now. Hopefully everyone is happy I know I am with this decision.
