I posted this some time back, to show the love I have for SCE. I need to reword the way I said rfactor guys were assholes, I have only met a few on DIRTfactor, and maybe a few on SCE and DTR2, and I can't remember the one on DTRfactor but he was a real ass, like the ones I remember from all the other games and sports I have ever played in my life, online and off, that's a politically correct statement made by a couple people. I don't wanna say ALL rfactor guys are bad, SCE is a rfactor game that has all the right stuff. They are a GRRREAT Group of guys. They are a small community like the DTR2 community, besides the fact they run 40 cars in almost every event, the least I ran with in there was 15. If yall wanna race some Nascar, download the SCE (Stock Car Evolution) Mod Manager @
www.stockcarevolution.com they have all the 3 instructions you'll need; then put it in your RFactor file. If You don't have it, get it ;) It is an awesome game. Big Dawgz Racing (
www.bigdawgzgaming.com ) is a GREAT starter league that runs evryother week in the COT and the other biweeks in the CWTS. Everyone runs the same fixed set, so it's all up to the Driver. We run Daytona (65 laps) this Wed. the 25th in the COT cars. NFR also has a great series that runs on Sat @ 9pm est for a lil more advancement, they run open sets and some people usually send a set if you are too slow. Their link is on the schedule page. All you need is teamspeak 3 which is a quick download @
www.teamspeak.com and a wheel and pedals. The rest is up to you. When you DL the mod manager, EVERYTHING that is released goes through there, so instead of finding the files to put them in it automaticaly puts it all in when you click update. Once you've decided that you love this game as much as I, ESRL, which is the site you will get the mod manager, runs the exact NASCAR* schedule. So a recap: Go to SCE site, read the sce install instructions, install mod manager, click install sce, put it in your rfactor folder, make your person, race your butt off!!! make sure to have fun!!!! So sorry to the ones who aren't Buttheads, and to the ones that are, what's the matter, you afraid of some competition????
