Ok so most people know that the winner picks the upcoming tracks that Lazy's league is going to race at unless lazy correctly picks the winner before the race, then he picks.

Well I wanted to start touching up some old tracks like 1 per night but I wanna know if people will pick them. This includes older tracks from 2002-2006ish just updated for better racing as well as some tracks that I or others have worked on that maybe never got released.

Basically I'm wondering if I did this would people like to race them and pick them if they win? If so I'll try to start putting some up starting tonight. Hopefully this makes sense it's kinda hard to explain exactly what I mean. Kinda like how the other night when I got to pick I chose Ill St. fair 2k12 even tho it wasn't released until that night. Lemme know

I would but I normally cant stay up that late
So we finish 18 and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, 'Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know.' And he says, 'Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness.' So I got that goin' for me, which is nice

No one really gave opinions but ICE, but here's a NEW Volusia that's not made from Rodeo:

Shock you know Ill run just about anything. But it seems to me like everyone is pickin an old school track or maybe thats a recent trend...I dont race there enough to really know. So to answer your question I dont know if they would be picked for this series but you know as well as I do that if its a good track its going to be ran somewhere :D BTW the track looks good...What is it made from?

Yeah they are running older tracks which is cool, so I've been updating older tracks with newer style grip to make the racing a little better. Volusia is just something because the one they ran last night looks nothing like it IMO so I was gonna throw this one together in a couple days and release it and I was wanting to do a lot of tracks like that and update the older ones that Lazy's series runs to kinda get them back out there in the open and who knows some leagues might start using them. I know ILL. State Fair 2012 is already a hit, and I didn't get to run Area 51 2k12 but it sounded pretty good too

Sorry I missed this thread yesterday,I had a long day and didnt make it in the door until about a quarter till 10 last night.

Shock...the whole concept of the Midnight Madness Series was conceived from one idea, which was to run a different track every night, with hopes that doing so we could run across some old tracks that had been all but forgotten and maybe were found to still be good enough to warrant a makeover by you or one of the other track editors in the game. Now with the 1st series of the Midnight Madness all but history I believe I can honestly say that we accomplished exactly what we had in mind to do. I am 100% behind you and your idea to re-edit and re-release some of these old tracks.

If you want my honest opinion I think you should create a new catagory under your downloads/tracks section and name it something like Restored Tracks or Renewed Tracks or something similar and then put all the tracks that you re-edit for use again in there so that myself and/or anyone else with a pick in the Midnight Madness Series has a definitive place to go for more track choices.

The Midnight Madness Series is here to stay as long as peeps stay interested in running it,so I'm satisfied believing that any tracks that you makeover will get chosen at sometime or another. So my answer to your question is yes, definitly,by all means please do provide us with some more good tracks! Just put em somewhere like I mentioned so we can find them easier. Also let me say Thank you too for your interest in doing this.

Also for everyone...please stay tuned to the DTR2 Race'n Nation site at dtr2racing.com/ for updates on the future of the Midnight Madness Series. The 1st Series is coming to a close on 4-2-12 and a new one will begin. We are going to be making some changes just to mix it up a little and to try and keep the fun at a maximum level. All info will be posted as soon as its complete so just stay tuned.Thank you everyone that has supported this series and made it possible and so much fun! LQQking forward to the future and many more good times.Again Thank you all! Have a Blessed day and we'll c-ya's at the races! Lazy
