VLR FAST 10'S ARE BACK

To get the game to work online, simply download RivaTuner Statistics Server and click the + sign to add dtr2.exe and then set the frame rate to be 120FPS!

I've had that before. Take any other skin that works, copy it. Paste the copy on your desktop. Open the copy up in PSP AND your car. Select the one you painted, paste the template over the one that works. Save it, change the copy skin str to whatever you want your car on, rename the folder, and put it into your game. It should work that way. Sometimes things just don't work right and you have to do that once or twice before it works.

Yes I only use 3 layers and only 2 of them I do anything to.
