There is actually a way that you can accept a sponsor so you can get paid, but not have the logo on the car.
If you are using a downloaded add on chassi -
go into the "car" folder and select the chassis that iy use to race with.
open the car.str file in notepad.
scrool down to almost the bottom of the file and you will see the section below, I have removed all the sponsor logos and the number that is added also. just copy and paste this over what ever is currently there.

If you are using a chassis from the original game -
in the main folder of the game, you will see a file called "store.pf"
COPY this file, do not cut or drag it.
open the "mods" folder and paste the store file here.
Once the file is there. click and drag it into the "ExtractPF" file.
this will extract a section of the files from the game including ALL of the original chassis.. once it is finished, you will see a "data" folder is now infront of you which contains the files that were just extracted.
Do the same with the "min.pf" file. this file contains the remainder of the files for the original chassis
once this is done, open the new data file, then the cars folder. select the chassis that you use and copy the folder and paste it into the MAIN "cars" folder.
then you need to open the chassis folder - eg. modified1.
open the car.str file again and do the same

now the final 3 steps -
1- in the car.str file. you have to change the display name. call it " My Modified" or My Late Model" it doesn't matter.
2- then you have to change the name of the folder. eg. "modified1" change to "modified99"
3- go into the skins folder and open the STR file for your skin and change the "car" name to what ever the FOLDER for your chassis is called eg. "modified99"
and that is it. nice and simple right ................................
you can do this for all the original cars in the game if you have a fews hours to kill one day.
please note, computer cars you race against will still have sponsor logos and numbers on as they use the original files and not the ones you edited.
You should also delete the data folder and the COPIED store.pf and min.pf files out of the mods folder once you are done.
