look i need someone to explain this to me like im 2 years old because im an idiot. i need to know how to make skins and then how to put them in the game?

im pretty sure there are tutorials on this site to follow
for starters you need a program to paint with such as psp7 or something newer
and you will need to download the chassis and template for it
from there all you go to do is paint and install
