13 cars were in attendance as the points battles heat up with Ice and Shock being only 5 points apart going into the race. Ice picked up fast time in qualifying with a 12.75 with Doit 10 picking up the second fastest with a 12.78.
Heat 1 started off with Ice and Shock on the front row. Tension mounted as the two raced furiously trying to pick up the heat win points. While the front three broke away 4th on back were side by side the entire race.
At the drop of the checkered Ice took home the win followed by Shock in 2nd and Zero in 3rd.
Heat 2 had Doit 10 and Rainman starting on the front row. As they crossed the stripe Rainman picked up the win followed by Doit 2 in 2nd and Doit 10 in 3rd.
In the Dash, Ice took the win over Shock and Rainman.
The B Main was taking the top 4 with Spridal and Stephen started up front. The green fell and F1yer moved around both and dominated the race. The final transfer spots went to Stephen, Spridal and Bull.
Finally it was time to lineup for the A. The green flag waved with one restart being needed. As drivers jockeyed for position the battle up front already began to heat up as the top 5 were side by side and nose to tail for the first 15 laps.
F1yer who started 7th came from nowhere and was running 4th after 3 laps. Rainman challenged as he took over the lead for a few laps as did Shock. Ice took back the lead and pulled away while Rainman, Shock and F1yer began to due battle.
Behind them a wreck ensued with Doit 10 getting turned and Bull getting caught up in the wreck.A little over half way in, F1yer got loose and went up into Shock almost causing Shock to spin.
F1yer cut down a tire shortly after and pulled out of the race. Shock came back up and made a nice recovery back to second where he held it for the remainder of the race.
With all this happening Ice cruised to his 4th win and 3rd straight. Ice now holds a 10 point lead over Shock as they head west to Santa Cruz.
