So I re-downloaded the 2017 preinstall from here and for some reason it seems to be missing most of the additional content.

I vividly remember it included a dragster and a bunch of other extra cars but there seem to be no new cars at all.

Theres a ton of new tracks and in the files at least it appears theres a ton of skins but theres no new cars.

Was hoping someone could help me out here and either tell me what im doing wrong or point me to a car pack download or something of that nature.
