VLR is back with the Gen 5's next Sunday March 24th, 2013 at 8:30 pm eastern. BLS_18 looks to defend yet another title with perennial championship contender VLR_Shock nipping at his heels. However, last seasons rookie of the year XCR_Gage looks to continue improving on his remarkable early DTR2 career with an upset bid at the title. With plenty of new faces in DTR2 making noise and the seasoned veterans looking to keep their name at the top, excitement will be the theme this year at VLR. Come on out March 24th for the opener at Lawrenceburg for the Whiskey City 65 at DTR2's 'track of the year' for 2012. Four $25 prizes will be given away to lucky drivers after the heat races. Just a thought but I think that Boone Sprint would be a great track for one of your TBA races and Lucas Oil 2k13v2 for the other one...Think those are both really good racy tracks!

Tazwellv2 would be good

Lucas Oil is still overran. It's decent but could use a touch up. Tazewell is a good one

I'm cleaning up and re-gripping Bakersfield and releasing it in a day or so if ya want to check that out for a TBA.

For the tba I had a couple of unreleased tracks in mind but Bakersfield has a good shot of being one of them. I need to run it more and make sure the grooves are close though. What do you run low and high there Ray? We got one more TBA and if I can't get a track out then I'll use an existing one

Once he releases it have a few of us go test it and we can see how it races

I run high 11.60's in all 3 grooves but thats just me.Hope it works for ya.

I ran one race yesterday on it and hit a 76 low and an 82 high but if the time are that close on all three grooves then I'd say it will definitely make it on our schedule. It looks good too

Just ran it again online and got 78 low, 71 middle, and an 85 up high.

i think you'll find that once you run it a bit that you can get faster than that on top. I ran a best time of 11.70 on bottom so i figure you guys will be down in the 60's easily, 69 in the middle and a 68 up top. I dont run right against the wall up top though maybe a half a lane down.

Also keep in mind that all of my times are OFFLINE.
