VLR FAST 10'S ARE BACK

To get the game to work online, simply download RivaTuner Statistics Server and click the + sign to add dtr2.exe and then set the frame rate to be 120FPS!

Hey, I made these and they're up for other people to download and I just wanna know what people think. I've seen other peoples work and theres alot of really nice skins out there. I made my own and I just wanna know what you think.

I pause it during the tv camera replay, press f6 to get rid of the menu, then f12 takes the picture. Then you gotta search for it in your computer (at least I did). I just typed "snap.tga" into the search bar and it found it in my c drive.

Your skins are good JMac but looks like you need new fonts for the numbers and mix up the number colors some...and Only1...that's an AWESOME looking car and unique for sure...upload em.

Wow, Thanks Shock! :laugh: I use mostly the same font because thats the one I have that I like, but I could probably mix up the colors a little more. I'm just a big fan of the black and green. All the skins I've made are up for people to download and put in their game.

Oh the colors on the numbers are fine...but if you know how to make a double outline over the numbers with one other color that would be even better. Like instead of green with an outline of black, have like green, then black outline, and then like white or yellow or whatever you wanted...

Another thing to do would be sizing the logos better. Generally in the last pic you would want the Subway logo to be the biggest since it's the highest up, and then the lego and snap on a bit smaller...same with the hoosier logo on the rear. Sometimes I like to mess with the logo colors too to get them to mix better with the rest of the skin. You will figure all this out as you go, though. Keep up the good work.

Yeah, I hear what you're saying. More like the big block I posted yesterday. My Fury. The Hot Wheels logo is the biggest one on the car. And in order for me to do the third color in the number, I'd have to go in and do it afterwards. I use Paint Shop Pro 7, which I got from this site, and it has 1 color for the outline and 1 color for the fill. Actually, now that I think about it, I can get more colors in the fill easily.....I'll have to try it and see how it looks next time I make a skin. Thanks for the constructive criticizism Shock!

Yeah, and theres still room left over after the sponsers are on the car. Plenty of room for "J-MAC/Showstopper Designs" right next to your logo on the back of the car. It doesn't even take up that much room! I think I'm getting ripped off here...... :huh:

See?? You can barely see it on my own car! Its right there under Oreo. So theres plenty of room on your car for it.
