Heyt Shock.... I'm alive just... I have had to refire up the old PC.... The Dell has no Internet or sound... I have tried to get Edge restarted but it tells me the tecnical system drives whatever are not there or installed....You will be pleased to hear that you did cure DTR2... I have been an utter nuicense I know..., If I knew wjhat you switched off might help but this Dell machine needs to go somewhere and after all your hard work..., I don't know what's next. Will wait for you message here as I can't access FB.

Hey Paul! The new PC is crashed? But dtr2 works again on the new PC?

The last thing I did was do a "basic startup" for windows so that may have messed it up. It's possible you can do a system restore though from before I messed with it and then you will have the internet back. Look up "how to do a system restore windows 11" and try that and go back to a day before we did anything if it lets you.

Yeah big time and I just followed your suggestion which would make sense to many but.., this Dell says sorry, no can do as it doesn't have the capabilities to handle such a drama. i will be contacting the man we got it from on Monday, your Suday and take it back as he had said there had been something dodgy done to internals namely Graphics card. I hopefully might be able to get a replacement one soon as. Thanks Shock for getting back to me... I'm left now with Mozilla as Chrome doesn't even work on this old retard machine. I am playing with the Rhino and building model ship. No need to panic just yet. I am trying to come back.

I model in card craft which Davey will relate to and ships mostly but also factories. A cargo ship is around average of 550mm or 22".Coasters are roughly 400mm or 16" and with these I have built approx 6 of. Trawlers are my most in number and are about 200mm or 8" long. I don't use plans as they are expensive or hard to source so I work on photographs and my most recent one which is a lugger was originally built in 1937 had Only one photo of it. Plastic kits are not my thing. The hobby takes away my anxiety as I don't have to think as everything is done routinely after building so many of them. I cast trains in my own made moulds made from plasti-card being carriages but Loco bodies too plus Bridge girders etc.. ,and I recommend the hobby, to any one. I hope that clears that all up for you Darren.., as well as others too.

DTR2 is hopefully coming to me again, so don't panic... My machine is going back and will be sorted tomorrow... May be forced to look for another one but here's hoping. Will keep you all posted.

Yeah.., I'm back and a big thanks to Sam the man Cash Conveters right here in Rotorua, and taking good care of me and yes DTR2 is running. Just need to re-install Rhino but need a break. Sam is keen to get on DTR2 himself so he now has the address and possibly a Preinstall. He is a Rotorua man so we need to get Rotorua 2025 going. I will attempt to sort it tonight although I don't much like the odds but those Kiwi tracks of Rftr aren't bad. Will let you all know. Not signed in yet to FB as this is an older machine but a goody as it has installed Windows7 and Sam has put on Windows 11. How cool is that. I still need to install Rhino and Everywhere as yet... Probably tomorrow.

Question... Shock? I have placed Rhino into Program Files folder. I have the ASA file I have opened and I wished I remembered exactly what you had to do to create Patch but here is what I have... I have not yet opened Rhino as I'm too afraid to ruin it for good although as stated I might get away with it loading into Wndows7 .. So sorry to be asking for help again.


Facebook I am hoping to be on tomorrow morning as my sons partner is popping by so here's hoping.. Same issues as before thanks to a change in PC's... I don't get it but hey.., I am a tryer..

keep up post ur get it and far i know u should be able get on with windows 7 i wish they not end support to opperationg systems i prefure 7 but loved my xp lol

Hi Shock... Thanks for getting back to me.. So worried you may be down with a Flu.... I have it at present, sadly...I have a bigger problem and although I'm feeling I'm screwing up it's t6he whole tech thing for this 68yrold that's feeling the crunch..., FB has barred me for eternity.. I cannot request a review so there you go.. I used a Webcam this time for the face recognition and it didn't sit well with them... The other PC that Sam has now at the shop might still be Logged into FB so maybe that's the real reason... I'll finish my Tug (a vessel).... Atleast I come out with something. Take care.

paul did fb say y they banned ur account? have wife make new 1 and just use it dont have be her name but just idea lol hope figure out soon
