very similar crash i witnessed a few yrs ago at laurens cnty except this guy hit right where turn 1 wall starts...concrete wall abt 3 or 4 ft high. split the car in 1/2..i was parked infield out of 2 looked up there and saw the guys car go up and land almost dead stop..roof tore off and saw his head fly back arms too violent crash. everyone ran to him trk workers..ems long story short he survived but alot of pain and rehab for quite a while. he is back racing today i believe but the Good Lord was definately riding with him that night. was this guy in your video ok trav? o they shortly after put a post there where the wall started and extended the gate..always thought that was a potential problem and pointed it out several times as we crossed the track before, even mentioned it to the track guys, but unfortunately it took this accident to change it.
