this is dumb. But how do i put different tires onto the cars?

Thanks. Like instead of Hoosiers i want American Racers on them.

Cut which one u want out then copy and paste as new image them resize it down over the tire

yeah the wheel pack or whatever.

But when i get them into my comp. it wont let me copy and paste them into PSP

Take the tool that can make a circle around it, cut it out put it on another page clean it up copy again and paste it to the car.
