Licmer did not cheat intentionally but he was illegal.

Ratbag has docked him 5 points from each league, Suspension from the next 3 league races and probated for 2 weeks.

We want to thank Licmer for accepting the sanctions.. He will pay the fine and IFRT will lose 3 owner points off of Bullets yearly team points.

It's such a shame, They gonn miss this plane.
