This fighting has gotten outta hand. You know the drama’s too much when I mute “The Bachelor” to hear what’s going on in vent. All I’ve heard lately is “how do we get more people to run DTR2?” I love DTR2. It keeps Rusty outta my hair for a while, and occupies Ryan occasionally. And it’s fun. Think about everything that’s going on. Someone’s been caught cheating and is shocked that no one trusts him to race anymore. The ones that cheat are just pathetic. Instead of taking the time to practice and win legally, they take the time to cheat and win dirty. Pa-the-tic. So here’s one way to get more people to run: Don’t cheat and ban those who do for life. If there’s a skeeter on your peeter, get it off! Then we move on to the drama in each race. It’s a game. You don’t win money. They’re not real cars. You have no idea what the other person sees on their screen. We have 3 computers here, and sometimes race together. Each of us sees a completely different thing each time. Another way to get more people: Quit getting so stinkin’ mad because someone took you out. Kyle Busch (who I hate) does this all the time. Grow up. Accidents happen. No one’s perfect. You’ve made mistakes too. If it happens regularly, ban the guy for a month and give him another chance. The best way to get ppl to race: Stop taking everything so seriously! I’ve seen it here and have bought a new mouse and reading light b/c of it. IT’S A GAME! If you get so upset b/c of a computer game, then you need to take a step back. Is all this really so difficult to figure out?

Perfectly put Mama...Along with the drama come the little clicks..If your not in the click your a nobody..This is why Mr.Mcgee is my fav driver..Hes fast and clean and would help anybody and race anybody no matter how good you are.. I can see being voted to make a team but to voted to race a series is pathatic..ENOUGH SAID!!!

Been awhlie MAMA T...how ya been. There has always been alot of drama but it has seemed to get out of hand lately. I personally think the best way to handle a situation is if you have a problem go talk to the promoter of the race. Send a replay and he will normally ask the other guy to send a replay and make a decision. Most the time when I have to ask for a replay the guy at fault will just say it was his fault and we move on.

Tony, BLS is doing what they are doing as an invite only league. Wether you get in it or not coming on here and griping about it is only gonna make it tougher for you to run in it and brings back feelings from the old you.

To be honest Ice..IDK... I know what Ive done and am doing and so do some choice drivers.. I wont let this deter me from being who i am... I enjoy DTR2 and all the drivers here... So what one series wont hurt.. Give me more time to concentrate on the series I run now.. I will prove people wrong and that's that.

Just remember its gonna take time and not to try to rush it. Dont get to PO'd when someone is worried about runnin with ya because of your past. Just concentrate on being clean and keepin your temper in check

Hey hey Mr. Ice! Doing OK here ... been in a depressed kinda funk lately, but trying to get over it. =) How's everything with you guys? When's the baby due...boy or girl? I can only imagine how excited you are! I like what you said too... whatever keeps the drama outta vent and from delaying another race. I don't know what's going on as far as BLS is concerned, but usually Flyer knows what he's doing. Plus I'm kinda partial to BLS since Ryan is a Junior Member. I will point out that Ryan (BLS 54 and my son) isn't on the list either and he understands why. It's not because he's 11; it's because he's not experienced enough to run with the "big dogs". At least there's no favoritism.

Man I am ready...We are having a girl (Sydni Rian) and shes due April 7th but my wife is getting a pretty good belly on her so I wouldnt be to surprised if its alittle before that. Give me a shout on yahoo if you ever need to talk and maybe I can give some advice to get out of your funk.

And as far as F1...I dont think theres anyone's opinion that i have more respect for in this game. The man does what he does for a reason and has been doing it long enough that he probably shouldnt be questioned about it.

as far as the invite only deal,the eligible drivers list was made with strict filtering because we are using this series to try out new ideas such as cautions and rolling starts and restarts.im sure we will have a learning curve and i feel we can learn more without having to worry about drivers we arent sure with.we put the poll up to let the eligible drivers vote someone in if they feel comfortable with the person being voted in,its not just bls or me that is deciding this.a few people that got left off the list werent left off because of their driving ability or driver etiquitte.they where left off because they have constant ping,warp or pc issues.like i said before we done the invite deal to try and learn and make this series and game a little more special in the future.

coming in the forum and making bad comments about an invite league isnt the right thing to do if your trying to get voted in.

I love the name Ice. Is the middle name pronounced like Ryan? I've heard that women "pop out" pretty fast with a second child, so don't get too excited. =) That baby needs to cook for a while still...lol.

I think the invite-only league is a great idea. Getting all the mature, "good" guys together is a really good way to get ideas for keeping the game interesting and fair.

Thx for the encouragement. I just can't find the motivation/energy to do anything around here! Rusty's been great putting up with me. =)

As a side note: I thought about Bad Gas today...we went to the grocery store after school and saw a sign at a gas station that serves lunch that said "Eat lunch and get gas!" bahahahaha

Not sure ... I know they don't have racin' scheduled next weekend.
And usually they don't care if there's "big" races elsewhere, so maybe so.
You should come if they do ... and bring your girls so I have someone to play with. =)
