It is caney valley speedway about 19 miles from me. It is a 1/4 mile semi banked clay track(and its a 2 and 3 groove track). it is a stop on the USMTS tour. as well as ascs spints, oil capitol sprint series. as well as MLRA late models and the showme series late models. here is link from google maps....maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ll=37.022379,...139,0.00327&t=h&z=19

looks can be deciving

Caney wasn't a real fast track seemed like the ass was always hung out half way down the straight, whoever figured out how to get off the corners without spinning the tires had the advantage. I hit that track sometimes twice a month in the early 80's.
Its a 3/8 mi. I haven't seen the track since the late 80's so it might have change some. Its in Caney Kansas but its so close to Oklahoma so call it Caney Oklahoma. Wasn't my favortite track but it was east to get wins on. We would hit Caney on Friday and Enid Oklahoma on Saturday and Woodard Oklahoma on Sunday. I must of had shit for brains back then.
