If your going to upload skins in Rar format, then be prepared for only 5 or so people having them. 90% of the active drivers don't use RAR and have no need to use it. The only people that will need or use WinRar are track makers. It is a very big file and has way too many programs within it. WinZip (then one I uploaded here on site in the DTR2 utilities) is a 4kb program and is only used to make a compressed folder zip format. SO if your not making tracks or editing the game, there is no need for WinRar. ALL DTR2 game and track downloads are in WinZip format, and you only need to "Unzip" them. I have to take the compressed folder and make it a .exe to install in my game because I have to Run as Admin on my PC, but all or most of the downloads are self .exe files so all you need to do is click run. Why should I (we) download such a big program to download 2 or 3 peoples skins. IMHO WinZip should be a "have to" to run this game, that's all there was when I entered the game in '09.
So PLEASE, if your going to upload your skins, please do so in zip format, or there is no point in taking the time to make a skin for 5 or so people to see. I understand those 5 or so people that use WinRar edit the game and need that program, hell even Shock SWEARS by WinRar, but if you go to download his and the others skins, they are in WinZip format.
WinZip is a 4 KB Program, that takes just 2 minutes (if that) to zip up a compressed folder, I have had WinRar, it's way bigger program and there are alot of files within it that you will never use, if your just uploading skins.
