practice and getting used to the sets your running. remember sometimes you gotta lift to go fast
So we finish 18 and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, 'Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know.' And he says, 'Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness.' So I got that goin' for me, which is nice

make sure the realism is set to 100% also
They say the dead don't rest without a marker of some kind.

what helped me the most was trying to keep up with the faster guys, then when i could finally 2 follow every thing they did and watch their lines and where on the track i was getting beat. been almost 3 yrs now and i still follow the faster guys but still havin fun :silly: keep at it bud, it doesnt come overnight...good sets and seat time's where it's at.

demise_10 take it from someone who was never the fastest and learn how to race smarter.. The best thing for you to do is keep racing, ask questions, learn about setups and how to adjust them to different track conditions, learn the lines of each track and lots of practice and don't be afraid to make mistakes as we all had a learning curve and some like myself are still learning after all these years in DTR and DTR2.. Don't give up!! Yenko2/ Al Lewis
