All races will be taking place in the BLS Vent. The Super DirtCar Series is a BLS Sanctioned series and will view some of the same rules.

Race Format
Heats:
-Damage on Simulation
-Random wetness that will be announced with lineups.
-Set by randomizer (simulated pill draw)
-Late arrivals may tag the tail of a heat, or wait for B/C main.
-10 laps , 2 restarts 1st lap only
-Transfers from Heat to AMain are dependant on # of heats during the event
-Heat points payout: 5 points for 1st, 3 for 2nd, 1 for 3rd regardless of transfer.
--Rest of transfers go to C/B main.

C main format:
-Damage on Simulation
-Random wetness that will be announced with lineups.
-Set by Heat race finish in straight up order
-Late arrivals (cars that did not race a Heat) may tag the tail
-12 laps, 3 restarts 1st lap only
-Top 4 transfer to the B main.

B main format:
-Damage on Simulation
-Random wetness that will be announced with lineups.
-Set by Heat race finish in straight up order
-Late arrivals (cars that did not race a Heat) may tag the tail, if there is no C.
-15 laps, 3 restarts 1st lap only
-Top 4 transfer to the A main.

Dash :
-Damage on Simulation
-Random wetness that will be announced with lineups.
-Top place finishers in heats, completely inverted.
-6 laps, No RS unless froze car/disconnected

A Main:
-Damage on Simulation
-Random wetness that will be announced with lineups.
-Lineup consisting of Dash Finish, followed by B main transfers.
-Late arrivals will NOT be allowed to tag the tail of the A main no matter how many cars are in attendance.
-45 laps. 3 rs in the first 3 laps.


RULES:
No Hypershifting or any other form of cheating is permitted and you
will be BANNED until the end of the season and possibly further.

Froze Car rules:
In heat- the driver that had an issue will restart at the tail. If it happens before halfway it is a COMPLETE RESTART. After halfway it is up to the host to decide to finish the race from where they were or to just call it on that lap.

In C/B- the driver that had an issue will restart at the tail. If it happens before halfway it is a COMPLETE RESTART. After halfway the race will restart from the lap the froze car was called on as long as theres more than 5 laps left. Less than 5 laps and the race is called.

In A Main- the driver that had an issue will restart at the tail. If it happens within the first 10 laps, it is a COMPLETE RESTART. After the first 10 laps, the drivers will re-lineup where they were when the froze car was called with the froze driver restarting at the tail of the field. Froze car with 5 laps or less remaining will bring an end to the race. If a driver freezes more than once he will be given a DNF and 10th place finish.


Spot swapping:
Spot swapping is allowed and is up to the drivers involved to sort out the problem. If they are unable to agree to swap and it is for a transfer position a replay may be submitted to a series official for further review. If you want to swap for positions that have no impact on transferring drivers from heat, C or B, I DO NOT CARE. Do not waste time trying to get me to watch a replay of 7th and 8th place in the B main wrecking each other during the event. If you have an issue please hold it until after the completetion of the A main and it will be handled accordingly. Yelling and swearing at me during the event will not get your issue handled any time soon.

Attendace:
You MUST start a Main in order to recieve points. If you DNS the C main or B main, you will recieve NO POINTS. DNS/DNF of the heat will find you tail of the C/B main infront of only drivers who show up late and are allowed to tag those races of the event.

Substitution:
Drivers running in The Tour are allowed to use one(1) substitute at any given time of the season. The substituting driver may be anybody that is elligable to race. The substituting drivers points will be awarded to the person he is subbing for as well as his own points. A driver may only have 1 sub but can sub as many times as he is asked. If you wish to have a sub and cannot find one, please let me know before the show begins and a sub will be chosen for you. If you have already picked a sub please let me know so I can make a note of it before the show begins.

Just over 3 weeks away from the beginning of the series and the schedule has been finalized. Florence Speedway has opted for the vacant week on March 11th and the series finale has been moved to the recently added race at The Track Of Champions: Fonda Speedway, on April 1st.

This is SDC's first ever Crate series and will be venturing to quite a few tracks for the very first time for the sanctioning as well as these cars. We hope to see a good field take to the racing surface with us January 7th at Knoxville!

DTR 34 raceway? Who picked that track?

Haven't read the rules yet, but if I remember this when it comes time, I plan to run it.

Me. I was the only one that made up the schedule. I like throwing a curveball now and then and hope that by showing how these older tracks could still be great, they might get a facelift and be made even better.

It's basically the same as the past series I ran just in the CLM instead of the BBv5s.

NEW RULE STARTING TONIGHT. ALL RACES ON SIMULATION DAMAGE. Gives you more of a reason to try to stay off the car infront of you.
