Well I gotta bring this up publicly since it's the second time it's happened since Spring Fling but Wheel took me out last corner again (said he couldn't see me from his in car) and cost me the overall win. He did try to let me back by at the finish but I don't know why he keeps getting into me on the last lap and literally drives me through walls to win. I'm not mad about it just letting people know that if I hit him he always snaps at me and then he can wreck people for wins and doesn't care most of the time. At least this time he apologized afterwards but dang we drove the whole race with no problems so how does that happen on the last corner?

Congrats to Flyer for winning though it's been a while since you got one and it was a tough field of drivers. You earned it and I was glad you got the overall win after what happened in ours. Wish we were all in the same race with no cautions to see how the tire wear affected everyone over time.

So what tire compounds did everyone go with, and did you change them any throughout the race following cautions? And are you happy with the results of your tire compound choice(s)?

I went with all softs except for the right rear for the whole race. I was one click down on the right rear. I was thinking/hoping there would be lots of cautions with the ten extra guys in the other server and it was a good guess. I got some big leads after all the restarts which helped me be there at the end. I dropped the right rear down one hoping that it would give me a little extra safety cushion for a few more laps when the rest of them wore down. I was happy with the compound I use but the only thing I would have changed is in that last 27 lap sprint to the finish I probably would have dropped the right front down just one as well and I think I would've been great and not dropped my lap times off as much.

It's kinda funny though you're making your own tire strategy but at the same time you're trying to think and guess what the people near you are doing too so you don't stray too far from what they do since you don't know what will happen

i was on Hard Rears and medium fronts to start got hit and fell to tail but made it back to 5 th on the long run and was really startin to catch the field, then switched to medium rears and soft fronts at 1/2 way and all the cautions... lost 1/2 straightaway on leaders till 10 to go then ran em down but it started pushing too much to keep up with F1 and battled with JJ after his stuff went away. If there were no cautions I believe the combo I started with could have made some noise up front.

THANKS JMAC for the race .... I think most had fun

I ran hards every segment but the last 2 then i went to all softs. With all the cautions we had i figured softs would hold up then the last 27 laps went caution free lol.Softs started fading about 10 to go or so but it was still managable.I could see BW gettin bigger as the laps went on!Had a great time battlin JJ all night. Thanks Jmac for putting so much effort into making this happen!

I used #2 softs up until the last 20 then went all soft. I was hitten low 80s and sometimes mid 70s with #2 softs, Then My lil girl started yelling DADDY DADDY DADDY DADDY DADDY DADDY so I lost my concentration and my 1 sec lead to JJ and started hittin walls like crazy. With 20 to go, I didn't think the tires would do anything, but BOY WAS I WRONG, I hit not 1 good lap with the all softs, but was amazingly fast towards the end of the runs with #2s. So IMO the #2s were the way to go, fast in the beginning and faster at the end. The all softs helped F1 but killed me, so maybe it was more the driving style than the tire wear?

Yeah after Friday we had 3 cautions within the first four laps but then none after that, so I was banking that with 20 guys we'd have a lot more wrecks. I knew if we ever got spread out we'd go on a long green flag run but the tires wear out to the scale of the # of laps, so I knew on softs if it was 100 laps caution free they probably wouldn't get too bad until lap 70 or 75 and I was hoping to have a 6 or 7 second lead by that point and try to cruise lol. But I got some big leads on all segments except the last one when Wheel dropped down to the combo Jason talked about. I got about four car lengths out and in the last 5 laps I was just trying to hang on and really had to slow down a ton gettin into the corners

If we started two hours later we'd have been done about 12:10 am...so I don't think that's a good idea

I didn't come in last, with a makeshift setup. Didn't cause any wrecks. Success!

It was pretty fun thing you had Jmac. But you should try limit the number of cautions that can be called. I showed cuz i figured it be a quick 30 lap lcq and a quick 100 lapper, but that turned out to not be the case of cautions. Anyway, good job Flyer, and i'm sorry for dumping your ass twice JJ. And also the BLS guys (f1, bw, jsn, b34) are fun to race with, there the only people who leave room for you if your running the top side. Everyone else has to cut you off once they start mirror driving.

I was running medium soft tires the whole race. I figured that the softs would wear out too quickly since the track was so dry and in that last 27 lap run, towards the end I was faster than the guys around me. They weren't as good on the start but in the longer runs they held up good. There were a few times I was able to pass people by just out running them down the stright and into the corner.

And Blaze, I didn't know when the guys in the other server dropped out so I just kinda lined them up by where they started. They're all labeled DNF so each finish means about the same except Kev since he actually appeared in the results since he didn't leave the server.

And you guys are all welcome for the race, but I owe y'all a big thanks for showing up to make it what it was. In all honesty, I really didn't want to run 100 laps by myself. lol
