is it just me or is it 1000x better than Late Models. especially the big races.

like the crown jewels in late models tend to be boring races while Knoxville and Williams Grove are AWESOME in their crown jewel races at the Knoxville Nationals, and Williams Grove Open.

I love to watch the sprints until they have to stop for 45 minutes to clean up a wreck then push start all 30 cars AGAIN!
So we finish 18 and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, 'Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know.' And he says, 'Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness.' So I got that goin' for me, which is nice

I figured that would be a response to this, and
It's actually why I turned away from sprints. I have seen two horrible crashes and fires where the driver is trapped inside over the past few years. But the racing sprint cars can produce Is hard to match on an excitement level.

I've never in my life seen an exciting Sprint Car race, so I don't know what you're talking about. It's always slidejobs and 10 second wins, no side by side racing.

Late Models own it and this is a stupid question. Why do you think Late Models are more popular than Sprint Cars now?

Then they didn't know what they were doing.....had a flip last night, red was out for maybe 5 mins. Had all the cars running again in just over a minute. The longest we were ever under red that I can remember is when we flipped 2 cars and the track only had 1 tow truck.

Well I can tell you @ Kokomo the Sprints put on 1 hell of a show eek in and week out. ALWAYS sbs racing and all the fans leave after the sprint feature. I do like lates, BUT they are like watching heavy metal sleds bouncing around the track with one lane only. I do agree that sprints take a while to get back together after a wreck, but it is always cool to see you favorite stop in front of ya during a red. Real Cars Need Push Trucks!!! The reason Sprint Cars are so exciting is becasue they are balls to the walls KNOWING they could die at any moment. Lates are to comfy for the drivers, they can hit the wall at a 1,000mph and walk away, aint no excitment like watching a roll cage with 900hp throw dirt in your face!!!
