My list is OK right now. Obviously I have probably under ranked Alabama and over ranked Wisconsin and Michigan, and possibly Oklahoma as well.

Tennessee at 19th, not bad.
Clemson prolly better than 18th, but they always choke
OK State I'd put higher.
Iowa maybe lower but not sure yet.
Florida sucks.
West Virginia should prolly be higher.
