Thinking about investing in a wheel, my controllers doing me good now that ive calmed down and actually know how to drive the thing now unlike before i left...when i FIRST started the game i was on a wheel then bought a controller caue i had a hard time reaching the petals, lol i was a little dude, but now i have money and stuff, getting a new Motem For my ping, and i think now that i can drive these things, i think ill be a lot better and smoother on a wheel instead of a controller...but if im gonna get one im gonna go all out, so i just need opinion on what the best brand or whatever i should get, so far im looking at one called a G25, VERY expensive, but plz feedback, cause im 16, dont wanna waste my money on something that aint gonna help.

Ive always ran a Logitech MOMO...Bout 50-100 bucks and will last awhile if you dont yank it off the desk
So we finish 18 and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, 'Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know.' And he says, 'Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness.' So I got that goin' for me, which is nice

any kind of logitech wheel can be good. I know i use the blue handled logitech driving force.(ps2) it is about as old as you and i bought top half for a dollar on ebay and full top and bottom for fifteen bucks. Look around and find a deal i suggest first. Plus for me. years ago i had this same wheel. got it out of closet and bought more of the same for parts and jsut to interchange it all. works for me!

i recently bought a thrustmaster f430 and am highly impressed. Did a lot of research b4 i bought it. G25 and G27 cost a lot more than the f430 for basically having a clutch pedal and shifter. If you only use padel shifter you can get a new one one day delivery from amazon for $160. Still getting used to it but am already faster everywhere i went so far. The wheel is heavy duty and 11 inches leather bound . Pedals are awesome. I made up stand out of wood to keep pedals from moving

I have a Momo as well, I love it for DTR2 but HATE it for Nascar!!! I am STILL using the same one I started with, but I have had to move on to using the wing shifters (paddles on wheel) because of slamming the shifter so hard and much it broke on the innerds. I have 2 dogs that shed, so I have to keep it cleaned out! Other prblem I have is that I have to bungee the brake to keep it from slowing me down, becasue it likes to stay on just enough to slow u down a lil, I have also noticed that sometimes I don't get full throttle, but then again I do have shedding dogs so it could be hair. I took it apart once and had to clean it and fix the springs for the throttle. It is not very good in Nascar because of not having the clutch. I have ALWAYS used force feedback and run in-car view, so that I can have the most realistic experience. FF lets u feel the track instaed of just floating it. You can feel the bumps and grooves!!! I have mine on FF for 5 years (2 years online) running this and SCE having some pedal issues lately but other than the MOMO for DTR2 is the BEST you will get for the price!!!! I Have a thread for some others I will look 'em up and edit this post!!!
