Yo Fourteen racers showed up at da historic Knoxville Speedway fo' uh day race at da legendary half-mile dirt track. da track wuz in great shape an' nice an' slick fo' da field o' dirt late models. Prerace BSing wuz done an' it wuz finally showtime. Heat 1 wuz uh BW breakaway afta leaving Gage an' B2 (Licmer) ta fight fo' second. Hoots an' DeadBolt wuz battling it out fo' 4th wif IR_Twin right behind, Rick had electrical issues an' had ta pull off track early. BW, B2, an' Gage wuz able ta secure da transfer sports ta da uh main afta da first heat race. Heat 2 hit da track an' it wuz ON hot an' heavy. BLS_Jason wuz leading wif Mav sitting right behind, but behind Slammer an' Duster where hooked up an' rolling ta da front, da duo caught Mav an' where able ta werk past him fo' da final 2 transfer positions, Shock an' Last Place had uh slow start but where closing in as tyme ran out an' had ta move ta da B. J-Mac Had tire issue an' hit da wall an' limped home. da top 3 transfers wuz Jason, Slammer, an' Duster who failed weight inspection an' wuz moved ta da B. B main seen mo' great racing action wif Hoots setting da pace early but uh 0 `64 o' VLR_Shock wuz making his way thru da pack afta starting fiff an' would pass Hoots coming ta da whitey flag an' go on ta win da B main. Mav ran uh safe race wif uh 3rd place finish, but he wuz not happy 'boutit an' threw his wheel at his crew chief fo' giving him such uh terrible `64 which broke his wheel into pieces an' he did not gots uh back up an' wuz forced ta miss da uh. DeadBolt an' LastPlace where holding on ta da final transfer spots wif J-Mac an' his repair crew wuz making uh change dat just came up uh little short. IR_Twin had carburetor problems but still finished strong. Duster ran out o' gas leaving him asking da queshun how da hell do you run out o' gas on uh 15 lap race, rumor has it he fire his crew cheif an' hired Mav's. IFRT_Rick finished last in da B afta suffering alectrickul problems. da Main event wuz up an' did not disappoint. afta da Mav tantrum, da only nigga left in da pits wuz Rick (lesson ta all stick around an' you might make da uh) so he would start in da back o' da uh where yet ag'in electrical issues plagued da veteran driver. Rick said he will never hire Shock ta da wiring on his `64 ag'in. da first 12 laps wuz action packed wif Shock making big moves ta git ta 3rd afta coming from da B Main, but as BW an' Slammer wuz battling fo' first, Slammers motor go up into uh ball o' fire as da engine blew an' he slid ta da inside wall an' out o' da event. afta da restart at lap 28 it wuz on. BW an' Shock where throwing hay-makers at each other fo' da lead as Gage an' B2 wuz in very close tow. LastPlace an' Hoots where havin` uh go at it fo' 5th wif multiple passes back an' forf wif DeadBolt right in da mix as well. Jason choose da wrong gear an' faded as da race go along an' wuz quoted afta da race as sayin` it wuz his worst Knoxville finish ever. Later when his hauler left uh set o' gears wuz left behind. As da race drew close ta da finish bidness picked up even mo' fo' BW an' Shock as Gage an' B2 slowly faded uh little. Shock wuz holding da lead in da last corner when BW gots uh big bite off da corner. da Sparta, Michigan driver wuz only able ta make it ta Shocks do' though 'bfoe da momentum carried Shock around da top o' da track an' ta da finish line in first place. In victory lane as Colt 45 wuz being sprayed everywhere as Shock yelled "dis here wuz fo' ROCKY TOP! GO VOLS! ORSO be uh beotch!" Post Race Comments: BW: ah had uh plan ta pass him at da end just couldn't git da bite ah need ta finish it. Gage: ah think ah'm grounded cuz ah missed muh motha fuckin curfew. ah wuz supposed ta be in bed at 8 B2: ah need ta hurry up an' git home ta git back on da VLR website an' make sho ah didn't miss anythin`. pimp-tight race all. Last Place: What iz dis here 5th place BS, don' you know what muh motha fuckin name iz? Wif dis here race in da history books da nahh Shift league has been uh pimp-tight damn series wif lots o' close racing an' 4 different race winners in 4 races. Thank you all fo' coming.
