To get the game to work online, simply download RivaTuner Statistics Server and click the + sign to add dtr2.exe and then set the frame rate to be 120FPS!

Penn St should shut down their football team for a year or 2 and make sure they have a system so that this will never happen again.
So we finish 18 and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, 'Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know.' And he says, 'Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness.' So I got that goin' for me, which is nice

Its obvious that Joe Paterno had way too much power and it went to his head... He could overrule anything and everything over the Board of Trustees or President of the University. But you could argue that the current players and new staff did not have any role in that fiasco.

FYI I go to Penn State, and ppl there are still trying to defend Joe Pa's legacy and that he was a good person. I for one cannot do so after the Freeh Report's findings. Theres no defending covering up the enabling of a child molester on your campus back in 1998 and then again in 2001, and still having him on campus 10 yrs later waking freely. Then also lieing what he knew to the Grand Jury in 2011 before he passed away.

so yes the NCAA could very well shut down the football program to help make sure this never happen again ANYWHERE.

OSU lost a TON of their football team from last year. I don't think there's many people in the country that think ISU is a threat to win the Big 12. Texas is down right now and you never know when they will get back up.
