Just left midnight madness.

I can't race a series where someone deliberately holds up the show and makes no effort to move it in a timely fashion, especially when it's the league owner that does it. Dammit I just don't understand other than he stays up all night usually anyway so it doesn't bother him. He even let me do the lineups and they were out quick but it was 22 minutes after posting them before the C Main actually got underway. I just don't understand how it can go so freakin slow. It was faster when BW ran it and it seemed like MM was actually trying to move things along for a week or so but guess it's back to the old MM. Just have to vent even though probably no one cares or it wouldn't be like this 99% of the races there. GN

Sounds like going to bed was a good choice. I asked RK what took the C Main so long and he said "I don't know, Lazy just didn't know what to do about the lineup." WTF, he's ran about 150 races in MM so far, I know he knows how to line up a server. Can't tell me it's not deliberate. Lazy if you don't know how to set it up I can go into the C and B mains and line them up for you after lineups come out. I've left as many races as I've tried to show up for I think at MM due to negligence

Well, I think Lazy made his point last night that its called Midnight Madness for a reason and if you have to get up at 5AM you shouldnt be there expecting him to just speed up the show for ya. But it was pretty frustrating last night running about five 5 laps hots in the bmain... then going to get something to eat and come back and they still aint even started the C. But I do agree to a certain point that people shouldnt be telling Lazy to hurry up his own show.

you know what you should do
during the down time at MM , run a support class so everyone can be busy while the normal program is taking forever
They say the dead don't rest without a marker of some kind.

It's not about speeding (bleep) up, it's about running the show in a timely manner, and not INTENTIONALLY holding (bleep) up like it's some sort of medal of honor to see how damn long you can keep from x'ing in. In the (bleep)ing C Main the lineups came out at 11:37 and the race didn't start until 11:59!! Lazy said "I don't know wtf is going on I'm typing /ssp and it won't set the points." After 15 minutes of that bs he finally lined it up. Why would you DELIBERATELY make your own show go slower!!! It starts late enough already.

If there's any league that should try to move at a faster pace it's one that runs late at night so people can get some sleep instead of pulling all nighters before work the next day.

I don't see how anyone supports Lazy intentionally holding the rest of us up for an hour when 20 cars are ready to race and 1 is making sure we don't. I guess I'm the only one that races there (besides BW, ICE, few others) that thinks a show should be ran quickly and efficiently. If Lazy came into VLR, BLS, WFO, JFR or most other leagues and deliberately held up the show for 30+ minutes he wouldn't race anymore after the second week. He knows that and does good at x'n in quick and getting in the servers right after lineups at most leagues. But it's his series to take as damn long as he wants I guess. I'll just keep leaving because I'm not gonna wait for someone to x the (bleep) in 30 minutes after everyone else when it's already been almost 2 hours because the same person delayed the C Main. I like lazy but gosh damn what's it take for him to realize that a lot more people would race if he'd show some effort into actually making the races not take 2-3 hours when it starts at a late hour to begin with.

All his holding up the show just made it take even longer when a REAL issue popped up with the froze car.

Hell J-Mac could run the full Super Dirt Week and include cautions in the down time period at MM

You guys spend more time staring at vent chat waiting for lineups than you do playing dtr2.
