Any ideas to help me open the game? Tried downloading the no cd patch and it came up with the same error message.

I think you need to delete the game and reinstall, Take your car folder and skin folder and sets folder out 1st.
That will save you from having to go get all that stuff again. Hope this helps your problem, has worked for me in the past.

might have to download a new exe file and replace your old one

This is the second time ive had this happen. Last time I did uninstall and reinstall and it worked for a while. Then i close out of it and go back into it and it wouldnt open. Could this error be from my cpu or the game itself? Im going to try uninstal and reinstall it anyways to see what happens. thanks

If you have cars in the game but do NOT have the skin for it, the game will not open, you will get the: {DTR2.exe has stopped working} on your desktop.

YES!! I went in a deleted a couple car downloads that I did not have skins for yet...and it worked.
