ok i was trying to run my server on my pc in my room and could not get it show on browser i have wirless for this desktop i tryed running server on moms pc and agion i could not get show online i turned fire wall off and still same ????? whats wrong what can i do anyone know y i cant get show online

Why use another PC use the one your on.

what kind of router? u got to set it up in your router so eveyone can see it . your firewall in your router is stopping it not the firewall on your pc.

belkin not sure what # is the desktop i use has a usb hub 802.11g belkin to ill go see if i can turn fire wall off on that router now cable company just put a new modem in to so i was woundring if that was a prob

i went in on moms pc and looked for router i cant find it not sure where be either my gf let me use it thought was beter than my other 1 i think ill install it back on though

i turned off firewall in router still wront let anyone see me on browswer friend said id have do a port forward since im using cable modem ill figure it out sooner or later

are you talking about puting up servers 1. you have to pay for them to put them up. anyways you have to register with gamespy but from that im kinda clueless bit you still got to pay to put servers up
