Howdy all, as it says I'm gonna be running a winter series and I've got it narrowed down to 2 chassis types: 360 Sprints and Go-Karts. So far I have 2 votes for each chassis so vote up on which chassis you'd like!

im down with go karts and one race has to be at daytona lol they are awsome there

where can a man download Go-Karts? I have never heard of this chassis, but I want it.

Thank you, Shock! These karts are a hoot. I am going to need some more beer as I figure out how to set them up. Just another piece of evidence that DTR2 is the greatest game in the world.

lol yeah I have no clue about the setup part...but if Gates is gonna have a series with them I guess I'll need to learn haha

So far, it seems that whatever I try results in the needle on the tac getting buried. I am by no means an expert, but I would start with LOW gear ratios. It doesn't take much to get the rubber band wound up tight on these things. Other than some false collisions (I "hit" the guy in front of me when there was two feet of space between us) these things are fun.

I think the problem with the "bubble" you are having can be fixed pretty easy. I hate cars that have that oon em where u get 2 close to someone and spin them without actually touching

yea i've had those go-karts on my game before...the bubble on them is horribly insane. i was hoping that gates was talking about a different go-kart chassis that maybe was a little better. i just know that if those are the ones, make sure anyone that races with ya'l has a lot of practice on them cuz the bubble is so crazy with them being so small...but besides that they are pretty fun. i've tried the dragsters before too lol impossible to try and race those, maybe a freestyle contest idk.

by the way, thanks for posting that link. i have been trying to find that site again for a pretty long time now. thats where i got one of my favorite figure 8 tracks, "NY flying 8" pretty fun track! was hoping to run it for the LOR Series but like i said, couldnt find the link for it.

If you don't like the bubble on the karts, I recommend that you guys vote for the 360s. The sprint cars have a much better bubble and collision detection.

I have been trying to paint go kart skins. It isn't going well so far. Then again, it could be that I am not a very good skin painter and working on a pretty good buzz right now.
