I have a question and idea. First, is there any series (WoO; Fastrak; Southern Allstars; Carolina Clash) that ya'll have all the tracks for? Maybe someone could have a series that "follows" one of the real-life series?

And is there a way to take a track from iRacing or DirtFactor and transfer it to DTR2?

That is a really good idea........I wouldn't mind racing on the same tracks that the Outlaws run on. Someone get to work on this!
A main wins: 151*'

B main wins: 50

C main wins: 5

D main wins: 1

Dash wins: 133

Heat race wins: 339***

Championships: 15*

The guys that make these tracks take their time on them because they want the track to be as close to perfect as they can be. Somthing like this would take several guys over a year to complete. Great idea but probably not gonna happen unless most the tracks are already made.
So we finish 18 and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, 'Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know.' And he says, 'Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness.' So I got that goin' for me, which is nice

well mamaT , its hard to get a complete series in dtr2 to follow a real life series , as we dont have some of the real life tracks made
ive gone thru this idea many times before in my head
its possible to get close with some series , but the tracks that would fit into said series arent the best tracks online , some of them are exremely old and do not race well

it is easier to look at all the real life schedules and complie them together , to create an online series
but , then you would run into the problem of possibly racing at the same track multiple times in one online series

for instance i know the ILMS Indiana Late Model Series races a few times a year at Brownstown , Brownstown also hosts races with Lucas Oil ; Lernerville has WoO and Allstar races

down south ways , i know screven has WoO and Carolina Clash series , but we dont have screven

and so on , i wish we could figure it out , and if i take the time , maybe i could come up with some possibilities

right quick i came up with this for the 2 national tours WoO and Lucas

Tracks we have in DTR2
and Tracks the following Series race at

Lucas Oil Late Models
Eastbay
Brownstown
LaSalle
Batesville
Tazewell
Florence
Cherokee
Wythe*incomplete-or-bad edit
Beckly
Portsmouth
Muskingum
Fonda
Utica Rome
Hagerstown
Florence
Batesville
Bluegrass
Portsmouth
WVMS
Winchester
Brownstown
Knoxville
Dixie
KC

WoO
Volusia
Columbus
LaSalle
Bluegrass
Delaware
Winchester
Beckley
WVMS
Brewerton
Lernerville
Tazewell
Deer Creek
River Cities
Shawano
Cedar Lake
Merritt
I-55
Rolling Wheels
Charlotte

now there are multiple tracks in both real schedules that have been omitted

The fonda thats been made for the game isn't very good. Thats my home track. I'll be going to a bunch of NY tracks this year and can get multiple pictures of them if it can help track makers make the track any faster. I can get right on the track if its needed. The Outlaws go to Lebanon Valley too and theres a few different tracks made for that track. If we can get just a small series going with this I'd be happy to help out. I wouldn't mind going to some tracks multiple times either.

I don't think that repeating a track would be a big deal to most of ya'll - especially if there's a whole season of just Terre Haute 2K11. :P
Is there a Golden Isles track? A lot of big races are held there, aren't they? And at Screven too, I think. You could even just follow what you have and add random (or similar) tracks in where there's no existing track. Or maybe do something like the "Midwestern Tour" or "Southern Tour" ... just some ideas that might attract some more players.

I thought Golden Isles was the one WoO raced at near Savannah. What's that track called? Everytime we want to go to a WoO race, it seems like that one or Screven's closest. I'm assuming there's a Charlotte Dirt Track? We've been there a couple times and the racing was always great.

P.S. - Glad you got home OK from your intelligent last-minute trip to Bulls Gap. :P

The dirt track at Lowe's is awesome. Theres like 3 different versions of it and they all seem pretty much the same to me. Watched them race there on speed for the wolrd finals and the track just seems plain awesome.

World Finals is awesome! We've been twice - we're lucky enough to live only an hour and a half away. The track's always in great shape and the best part about it, is that the bleachers all have backs on them. :P You should definitely go if you get the chance!

We actually race Carolina Clash real life. The only tracks ive seen able to download is:
Bulls Gap and Landcaster

Im very surprised that no one has made/built "311"( WOO, Ultimate Supers/Crates Series, and FastTrack all race there)

Tracks not listed that Carolina Clash Runs are:
Cherokee
Wythe
Carolina Motor Speedway
Cleveland County Speedway
Friendship
Dublin
Fayetteville

Wythe and Cherokee are out there for DTR2 somewhere. I was actually working on a new Wythe but don't think I finished it.
