Also i don't understand how it took balls to show up. exactly what took balls for us to show up? i don't understand.

i went to the meeting and from the info i gather is that lazy does not think hypershifting should be illegal because you are just using something that the game gives you.

I say to the one's who think hyper-shifting is okay or gentleman's agreement..I say we ban them from top leagues....Just let the people who don't mind it run there own little deal.....Myself, I think it's fucking retarded. ..If this was real life and you was cheating TO WIN MONEY or something that mattered I could see trying...But just to win a fucking league race that accomplishes nothing is sad and show's what kind of individual you are.. I may be hated because I say whatever I want on this forum...But gaddamnit I'd rather have people on this forum talking shit, then actually doing something thats wrong in the game...As far as community meetings, Piss on that. We are young men and old adults...It's simple GROW SOME balls and don't fucking cheat to win. It just runs people off when they hear it's okay to do that. then when it runs people off you won't have no one to hyper shift against, how stupid are ya.

WOw what meeting ? Plain and simple - if you was to hypershift your real car lazy or who ever you would blow it to pieces. Pointless meeting period, especially in a vent that I have seen people banned from for speaking their mind!

I attended the meeting. I showed up somewhere between 15 and 20 mins before it started. At 7:22pm I sent Deadbolt a message that the meeting was finally getting started. One of the first things that was gone over was Lazy giving a 20 minute lecture on how XCR13 has had a ping thats too high to race with and he was causing all kinds of issues with said ping. On 2 separate occaisions, things broke down into a shouting match where 4 or more people were keyed up and attempting to talk over each other at the same time. I up and left when it happened a 2nd time at roughly 8:10pm. The topic of Mav sending in Ray's replay as his own was covered for maybe 5 minutes of the time I was there. And as stated before, Lazy feels that Hypershifting should be completely legal since its something within the game that everybody can use. Now its legal in MM races as well as DO!T races. As far as I'm concerned, the "meeting" was basically a waste of time and for the hour+ that I was there, absolutely nothing got accomplished.

dtr2 is fine to me and nothing needs to be changed. if a league owner wants to change something go for it. but the games been out for over 10 years and still this many ppl play it so its done somethin great

Like you said, these meeting never change anything. It almost reminds me of work meetings.

But yeah, DTR2 is still a great game. I tried others, rfactor, NR2003, they don't have the character.

The most mature site I have ever joined and raced at!!! There is NO WAY any of these "shenanigans" would be allowed in their "Community". Let's get this game back on track and get "mature". There is NO WAY IN HELL, ANY, racetrack, or ANY promoter would allow this crap to continue!!! IDGAF JMHO!!!!
