With all these users registering to this site every month..and with over 300 registered..Why aint none of these ppl racing on Dtr2?..Just seems weird how we get this many ppl who register for a site that deals with Dtr2 and about 97% of these ppl are never seen on a game..Now if we got as many ppl on the game as we do on the site..then i think "This game might Die" would not even be in the discussion like it was a month or so ago...Now..this is JMO....so i dont know if im the only one who has picked up on this but to me it just seems weird on why ppl would want to register for a Dtr2 game that from the looks of it..these ppl dont even play..lol..so i just thought i'd bring it up and see if anybody had any opinions on it.

ive thought the same thing myself , some of the names are doubles and triples of the same person , just changing names and emails , some are people who havent signed onto the site in over a year , some are spam names

A lot of ppl have families, time consuming jobs, and other things like real racing. Thats y im only on here when i can be cause i am a full time student with a family and a job. I try to race when i can but i know i cant race as much as i used to. I know this is the same for quite a few other drivers in the game too.

Ahhh ok..I kinda figured some was prolly ppl on here with different names...Figured you or shock would know who they are since yall got rights to it and could see their Ips...Well..thats what i got on my forum anyways..once someone post on there it will show their computer Ip when i Sign into the forum..So i write there name and Ip down so if they get on tryen to start somethin on a different name it and comes up a Ip that had already posted..then i could deal with the problem.

Almost all are individual names. The duplicates are people who change their name when they join a new name without changing it themselves which they are totally able to do by editing their profile in the forum. Like if Tom joins VLR and his username is Tom, he can change it to VLR_Tom without making a whole new account. Off the top of my head, I'd say there are 300ish legit members of the site, and I would say approximately half just play offline. These are the ones that should give online a try if there are no certain factors that are stopping them.

I am one of the couch potatoes that spends more time editing. I would race, but sometimes time retraints on commitments and EST in USA prevents me. Presently I still await my old computer which is still in storage. Hopefully another month and I could be keen to start a race series eg Offroaders, Figure8 or whatever as these classes are not given any recognition, unless you are able to find and join a legue that has this kind of racing, sanctioned. Could be there's racers out there that can't find a home to race, but without registering, they feel they might miss out on something if it is offered. I know that F1 had an offroad fun race scheduled not so long ago and unfortunately I couldn't be there for it, but would have loved it, regardless of my rusty joints.... But were there many ppl who took up the challenge for the race? I'd be curious to know. If these registered pep's are simply afraid of banging into another racer, perhaps this is why they don't venture into racing online, or they don't know how to get on line in the first place, or their ping is not permitting them to join the browser etc.

Np,I personally love Figure 8's myself..but i dont know where to get them for this game..i think i got 2 addon fig 8's but thats it..Was thinkin about runnin a fig 8 season with the bomber cars tha Wolf has on his site that was edited..but have someone edit them again to where they handle better cuz the ones on Wolfs site just dont handle at all...But most ppl here wanna stick with something every season that they have ran for years..thats why i dont even attempt to wanna run somethin like that..BUT if someone does run some kinda fig 8 series..i'll dam sure try to be there every week.

I'd try to be there too for a figure 8 series! Figure 8s are fun! I don't have any add-ons though.

great to hear guys. Wolf aka Joe has quite a number of my offroad tracks, but I have released a number of these on this site under Paul's Tracks in DL's. Also you will find a couple of figure8 tracks of mine in there too which aren't in a track pack. These 2 tracks, aren't seen anywhere in DTR2 with working A1; except on VLR so there you go. You can now go and get in a you practice before I come and (Blow yopu away) take you out (For a Spin).
I intend to make a bigger version of Weaver park with revamped spectator area but will have to happen when my gear gets here. You can also DL a figure8 track that Shock has in his DL's track section. Try these out and let us know. If one of you can run a Figure8 series even if it is only 5 tracks long, cool. I'm sure you'll get a good turn out for it and I will be there too if my gear gets here, lol.

Also there are the NZ stockcars which would go weell in a fig8 race. They have the front and side bars for safgety and hitting. Let us know.
