Keep getting booted or disconnected. Didnt know if was my settings or some other reason. Is there something i can do or change to help?

Sounds like you might be the one killing all of the servers. Try taking your track and chassis out and seeing if it happens again. If it does, then one of those are the problem.

Only have gen 5s and a ccouple of tracks but i will give it a try. thanks

If you have skins with no car to go with them, that will kill the server, or you could have a folder within a folder also. You can take all addons out of the game by making new folders to put them in and 1 folder to put those in. That's what I did. Then when it comes to race day, all you have to do is drag them in your game and then you know what you have and don't have. I always only have 1 track, the cars/skins I need for that series, that way my game will run faster and the server can read them easily, without having to load up 100 or so tracks/skins/cars. You can have skins for all cars but only have 1 car in the game and it will run, but if you have a car with no skin it will crash. Also make sure to reset your modem before entering, sometimes that will cause lag if you don't and it can also make your PC skip in your connection. 1 min you have internet, then a quick pause will disconnect you. Hope some of these help ya, maybe not, but I got my "finger" workout lol!!!!
